Learning a New Normal
There was a moment where everything shifted. Not gradually. Not over time. All at once. After a car accident in early 2019, I went through a series of brain scans. That is when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. At 30 years old, I was forced to face something I did not understand and could not control. At first, it felt like my body turned on me. Memory issues. Brain fog. Numbness. Even seizures. The best way I can describe it is this. You spend your whole life learning
